1. Who we are

WEB rješenja d.o.o. (Websolutions Agency), Markuševečka cesta 115, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia, publishes the Yamb Notes application on Google Play (package com.wsagency.jamb) and on the App Store (bundle com.wsagency.yahtzee), and owns this website.

This policy covers the Yamb Notes application and the yamb-notes.app.ws.agency website.

2. The Yamb Notes application

The application does not collect, transmit or share any personal data. It does not ask you to create an account, does not ask you to sign in, and does not connect to our servers — we run no servers for this application at all.

The application uses no analytics, no crash reporting, no advertising networks and no advertising identifiers.

The application requests no permission to your location, contacts, camera, microphone or photos.

What the application stores, it stores on your device only:

• the current and saved games (the player names you type and the scores you enter),
• your settings (language, theme, font, dice count, bonus thresholds, date format).

This data stays in the application’s storage on your device. It may also appear in your own operating-system backup (iCloud or Google backup) if you have one enabled — that backup is held by you and your platform provider, not by us. Deleting the application deletes all of its data.

3. Buying the application

The application is a one-off purchase. Apple and Google process that purchase through their stores; we never see or receive your card details or payment information. Apple’s and Google’s own privacy terms apply to that processing.

4. This website

yamb-notes.app.ws.agency is a static website. It sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking tools, and has no forms that collect data.

Like any web server, the server hosting this site records technical request data (IP address, time, requested address, browser type) in its logs. Those logs are used only to keep the server secure and running and are not linked to your identity.

5. Support correspondence

If you voluntarily email support, we receive your email address and message. Your message may also contain device details or the app version if you choose to supply them. The application and website do not send this information automatically.

We use the correspondence only to reply and handle your request. It is held in our business mailbox by our email provider and kept only for as long as needed for that purpose or as legally required.

6. Children

The application is suitable for all ages and collects no data from anyone, children included.

7. Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct or erase support correspondence associated with you, or object to or restrict its processing, by writing to hello@ws.agency.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the right of access, rectification, erasure and the right to complain to a supervisory authority — in Croatia that is the Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP).

8. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the new version is published at this address with a new effective date.
